To report a case of Spam, first you must contact your service provider (through which you received said SPAM message)

If your service provider fails to adequately resolve your complaint, you may do the following:

1. Contact the Ministry of the Interior if the SPAM contained objectionable content opposing the tenets of the Anti-eCrimes Act, or

2. Contact the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) if the SPAM was commercial and unsolicited in nature and constituted a nuisance to you. You may use the following channels to do this:

A. Via Phone at: +966-1-461-8022

B. Via fax at: +966-1-461-8033 (copy of your identification must be attached)

C. Via email at:

D. By filling out the following form: click here

E. By visiting the CITC offices (copy of your identification must be attached)

F. By forwarding the Spam message to any of mobile phones will be assigned by CITC (This method will be effective soon)
